As an Engagement Manager you will lead the overall long term strategy and relationship within the assigned account portfolio. The Engagement Manager is responsible for achieving financial targets and growth for the accounts assigned, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and working with product and marketing teams to feed back requirements and improvements for the product road map.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, has sound business judgment, has a track record of successful relationship management, and can deliver both top and bottom line goals. Proven analytical thinking is key - you should be fluent in analyzing both business performance and marketing metrics, have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional collaboration skills. You should be a self-starter and effective communicator, able to think strategically.
