Migration to the cloud has become the primary driver for digital transformation and a top cost center for all companies. The cloud presents new challenges to manage, optimize, and communicating costs and consumption across multi-cloud deployments and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes. These challenges have propelled the adoption of Finops. The spend management tools provided by major cloud providers are not adequate, leaving non-technical teams like finance and operations teams struggling to understand their cloud cost.
Anodot Cloud Cost is a cloud spend management platform that scales with the speed of cloud innovation and integrates FinOps best practices. Anodot Cloud Cost delivers near real-time analytics, anomaly detection, and ML-based cost savings recommendations for multi-cloud and Kubernetes. With Anodot Cloud Cost, customers can manage their cloud investments and understand how they affect the bottom line. Anodot Cloud Cost supports both companies and value-added cloud resellers with unique features helping them to better serve their customers and increase margins.
Anodot is seeking a multitalented Marketing Manager with a proven track record of planning, developing, and optimizing content and communication programs to drive awareness and demand. This person will be a critical player within our go-to-market organization, responsible for applying their creativity, grit, and relationship-building skills to continuously educate and nurture prospects, customers, and market thought leaders.
This role requires a wide breadth of analytical, project management, and practical content generation skills and personal resourcefulness. Differentiated candidates will be able to converse in an educated manner and share a personal perspective on both business and technical concepts related to cloud and/or FinOps.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Anodot's content strategy, collaborating with globally-distributed, cross-functional teams to ideate and execute content and content campaigns to drive the growth necessary to achieve our profitability goals.
- Develop, write, and publish high-value, thought-provoking content that drives customer lifetime value from top-of-funnel through renewal and advocacy.
- Stay up-to-date on cloud market and industry trends and ensure a consistent flow of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across all channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, partners, key media contacts, and industry influencers.
- Experiment with content marketing tactics and monitor, track, and analyze content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth to drive qualified sales opportunities.
- Manage PR, AR, and corporate communications.
- Team with internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate our global and online events strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Marcom, Demand Gen, or Content Marketing experience at a high-growth, cloud-focused B2B SaaS startup.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and extract insights from sales and marketing campaign and performance data and apply findings to improve the impact of content efforts.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, project management, communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong working knowledge of and ability to grok cloud market trends, business value, and technical concepts.
- Understanding of SEO and conversion optimization tactics.
- Occasional domestic and international travel for meetings and to facilitate and represent Anodot at events is necessary.
