Account Manager


About The Position

Anodot Inc. is searching for an Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team.  As an Account Manager you will lead the overall long term strategy and relationship within the assigned account portfolio. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving financial targets and growth for the accounts assigned, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and working with product and marketing teams to feed back requirements and improvements for the product roadmap. The ideal candidate is results-driven, has sound business judgment, has a track record of successful relationship management, and can deliver both top and bottom line goals. Proven analytical thinking is key - you should be fluent in analyzing both business performance and marketing metrics, have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional collaboration skills.   • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters (expansion, up-sell, cross-sell, renewal, escalations etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Managing the full sales cycle: identifying and developing leads from existing customers; meeting with clients; developing value propositions; financial deal structuring; contract negotiation and closing
  • Leveraging external relationships and personal networks to generate new leads


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a sales quota-carrying role in a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with selling data products, business intelligence methodologies and technologies
  • Proven record of ability to maintain a long-term trustful relationship with customers
  • Ability to generate leads and transform them into deals
  • Self-driven, an overachiever and dedicated to meeting personal and team goals Experience
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
