Online Marketing Manager


About The Position

Who are we?

Anodot’s Business Monitoring platform uses machine learning to constantly analyze and correlate every business parameter. Real-time alerts zero in on the incidents most critical to your revenue and present them in context, shortening time to detection and remediation and preventing loss.

What will you be doing? 

  • Drive lead sourcing strategy & optimize growth with targeted e-mail campaigns, webinars, events, etc.
  • Marketing Operations: Hands-on experience with full-funnel tracking and operations from acquisition to CRM
  • Marketing Operations: Lead nurturing and campaign automation on Hubsopt; Own and manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and initiative, working with stakeholders across the company
  • Building testing framework: Identify, build, and test customer segments; Lead ongoing cross-functional efforts to optimize lead management and nurturing processes.
  • Manage and participate in external promotional activities, facing potential customers and partners – such as events, partner activities, webinars, etc
  • Work closely across Marketing & Sales Development to improve lead quality and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with content marketing managers to introduce the right material to the right customer at the right stage in their purchasing journey
  • Build a rigorous testing plan to growth hack for new lead gen tactics, Deliver and improve reporting and dashboards for the lead machine

What are we looking for?

  • Thorough understanding of online, B2B, lead capture and conversion flows. 
  • 2+ years of experience working with online marketing teams. 
  • Experience in testing and optimization of lead acquisition funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills, master in excel. 
  • Super creative thinker, with a keen eye for design and details.
  • Planner: multi-tasking and project management.
  • Ability to work on a small team handling both strategy and execution plus wearing multiple hats when needed
  • Experience in working with inside sales teams (optional)
  • Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce preferred
  • Native English speaker a plus
